A delicious Tarte Tatin aux Pommes, made to the traditional French recipe of caramelised apples atop an all butter pastry and caramel. This is particularly indulgent when warmed and then served with a spoonful of crème fraiche or ice cream on top.
A richly luscious Salted Caramel Crème, made with Guerande sea salt caramel and cream.
Both new desserts are suitable for vegetarians and are now available at Waitrose and will be more widely available in the Spring.
If you are already a fan of the Bonne Maman Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Mousse, these are also now available in packs of four.
