It wouldn’t be an English summer without strawberries as often as possible… So bring the full flavour of an English summer to a fresh fruit salad with a strawberry syrup. Mix 4 tablespoons Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve with 300 ml (1/2 pint) red grape juice and the pulp of 2 passion fruit. Strain over the fruit and chill for about 1 hour.
Add a spoonful of your choice of conserve in the base of waffle cones to save ice cream drips – and deliver a wonderful last mouthful or two.
