Apricot, orange & carrot shake
- 200g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote
- 75g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt
- 100g cooked carrots
- 150ml fresh orange and mango juice
- 1-2 cardamom seeds (optional)
Berry cherry shake
- 75g Bonne Maman Cherry Compote
- 75g raspberries
- 1 ripe small banana
- 100g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt
- 200ml milk (whatever your preference)
Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth. Add a little milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
